Tradesman Tracker Terms of Service

Within this agreement AMS Industries, trading as Tradesman Tracker, shall be the ’Service Provider’ and the company or individual placing the order shall be the ‘Client’.

Tradesman Tracker Advertising

The Service Provider will provide the Client with a dedicated advertising campaign based around the agreed demographics at point of sale. You can view your advert by downloading the Tradesman Tracker App from either the App store or Google play and entering your postcode. All adverts will be live on the Tradesman Tracker within two working days of payment being received. Upon receipt of payment the buyer agrees to this contract.

Duration of Contract

This contract is for an initial period of twelve months. Unless the buyer advises the seller otherwise, the contract will automatically renew for an additional twelve months at the end of each twelve month cycle.

Renewal Reminder

The seller will advise the buyer via email two days in advance of any renewal payment.

Refund policy

Prior to your advert going live you will be entitled to a full refund. In the event your advert is live no refund will be due. All requests for refunds must be done in writing by email and sent to accounts@tradesmantrackerapp.com

Fees

AMS Industries charge an annual fee (unless other wise agreed at the point of sale) for your advertisement to be listed on the Tradesman Tracker, this in some circumstances can be paid monthly or quarterly.

Payments

If you have chosen to pay for your advert in installments to keep our costs down these payments will be taken automatically in accordance with the time frame set out at the point of sale, for example if your payments are to be made quarterly the second payment will be taken from your chosen payment method ninety onedays after your advert goes live and will continue with the same frequency until we have further notice. If your payments are to be made monthly your second payment will be taken thirty days from the day your advert goes live and will continue with the same frequency until we have further notice.

Cancellation

The buyer can cancel the subscription at any time by giving the seller a minimum of seven days notice.

Tradesman Tracker Code of Practice

Each tradesman that signs up to the Tradesman Tracker agrees to adhere to our strict code of conduct. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information we receive from tradesman is accurate AMS Industries will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in information and will not be held liable for the quality of work carried out by a tradesman found on the Tradesman Tracker.

  • Always inform customers of any call out charges (before you attend).
  • Be courteous at all times.
  • Deal with all complaints in a professional ethical manner.
  • Always keep the customer informed if the scope of work changes (especially if it will result in further costs).
  • Always be honest and realistic about the timeframe and start dates for work.
  • Allow details of work to be published for public viewing in our reviews section.
  • Refer customer back to Tradesman Tracker if work cannot be carried out.
